Visiting FCBarcelona Stadium and Making Dreams Come True! ππ½β½οΈπ
When we arrived in Barcelona we knew our first stop would have to be Camp Nou, the stadium for FC Barcelona. I love supporting a good passion, and right now Dylan is all soccer all the time. β½οΈππππ‘
Our first stop was “pics” with a Messi and the locker room. Then we began our tour. πΈπΈ
The first section showcased the history of their accomplishments. Every single trophy and award ever won was houses in this museum, including jerseys and soccer equipment through the years. We saw the World Cup trophies and Messi’s personal trophies.πππ πβ½οΈ
Even for someone who is not so into soccer it’s easy to get sucked in and feel the passion and excitement.
Then it was time to head into the stadium, and it did not disappoint! The colors were vibrant and it was a real wow factor! πππ
We toured the locker rooms, press conference room, press box and even walked down to the stadium for up close and personal pics. ππΈ
The tour ended in the dizzying and packed 3 story wonderland that is the gift shop. Like a soccer players dream come true, racks upon racks of soccer paraphernalia and FCB jerseys. ππβ½οΈEvery kind you can imagine. A real Experience! The kids weren’t out of heir minds! ππΉ We stocked up on everything Messi and Neymar Jr and went on our way to the city!
Our hop on off bus left us in Catalonia Square at the start of La Rambla and that’s exactly what we did…ramble slowly down the Blvd ππ½ππ½taking in the sites and stopping for an ethnic tapas meal π€ππ·πΊ before heading back to the ship!
What a cool experience for all the kids, one they will never forget! πβ½οΈπ
Speaking of experiences, Craig gave the kids a cool lesson from our balcony about shipping and receiving goods at ports asΒ we passed all the shipping containers as we left the port of Barcelona. π’ππ Even on vacation there’s lessons to be learned with real life experiences and your own 2 eyes! π
What an great experience! Better than a classroom!
