Tech Tip! How to cut down pesky unwanted spam/junk emails and drastically reduce your inbox!!! So easy and effective!!! πŸ“₯πŸ“¬πŸ“©

I used to wake up every morning to sooo many emails.

It was a really annoying chore to go through all of them only to find a handful important or necessary or from friends and family. So much useless junk cluttering my inbox and stealing my time. Then I saw an ad on Facebook for UNROLL.ME which was a free service.

It was sooo easy, and actually fun! You literally just go down the line “unsubscribing” from what you don’t want. I don’t need an email everyday from Target, or Banana Republic, or Wherever! It reallyΒ pissed me off! 😑😀My time is limited I want to read what I need! Every few days you will get an email from them when they detect new senders. Now when I wake up everyday my inbox is wayyyyyy clear and I love the uncluttered result! The bottom line is I like to keep on top of my emails and always have my inbox at 0️⃣, the alternative is not an option and I shudder when I see people’s email apps with thousands of unopened emails. Burns a hole in my eyes! πŸ˜³πŸ˜±πŸ™ˆ

Here’ how I do it…I woke upΒ today to this email. Β I clicked the white right arrow to find out which are the new 6…

Then I made my choices. Most of the time I just unsubscribe. Sometimes I’ll keep in inbox. Or you can use the Rollup options where it’s basically like a screenshot with active links of each email you would have received but in 1 email, that you can scroll through!

Voila! You’re done! Then sit back and enjoy your brand new inbox!

  1. That is very cool Alethea! Will try this. But wanted to mention too that I created a separate email (gmail) account long ago for “online stuff” – registrations/signups/subscriptions, etc. And then I have a more private email that is only shared with friends and family and not given out online.
The latest thing I’ve done is create yet another gmail account just for “recipes and food ideas” and also one for health related stuff that I run across that I want to save, and I just email links or copy/paste info to myself at those addresses. I have a great food planning & recipe program that I use but I don’t always have the time to input it into the program right at the moment, so when I see something I want to save, I just quickly email it.
